This is how I felt last night after hitting all my carbs. I still wanted more. My friend @bethburkefitness suggested I listen to my body. So after drinking a ton of water I still wanted carbs. So I did. It put me over for the day but I slept amazing which for me is huge!! Woke up feeling great this morning. I regret nothing. I started one early this year and nothing but good things have been happening
Mine goes as •24oz COLD water •6 oz super greens chugged •Prayer followed by gratitude from the day before •Personal development book while sipping on •pre workout or coffee! •5-10 mins of solitude
I get up before the whole house so I can have my ME time, reflect, work on myself and truly just enjoy the quiet

When my thyroid weren't crazy . My TSH was 371 (normal functioning thyroid tsh is around .05-3.0) anyhow to stay thin I didn't eat all day then binge ate to the point of vomiting. Fast forward got pregnant gained about 90lbs. Had my precious son but was stuck at about 80 lbs overweight. Tried Adipex and several other diet pills. I started working out at the Y tried all kinds of diets. Yo- yo dieting for years. 10 years exactly. Until THIS month. I decided after all my research, tears and trial and error I have came to my conclusion! It's NOT about reinventing the wheel. It's NOT about counting calories. It's about NUTRITION along with busting my own glutes!!!! I have far to go to my goal. I have several more months to gain the amount of muscle mass and lose the amount of body fat that I want. But I'm determined. THIS PCOS, Hypothyroidism, Insulin resistant body IS going to WORK for IT. IT'S going to be sore, it's gonna burn and it will cry tears of fat rolling off my ###! I WILL & I AM.
