Benefits Of Working Out In The Morning ✌
Something else, which is quite obvious if you think about it, that you get from working out in the morning is that you have more energy to do it. Think about it, isn’t working out at night time after a long day of grueling work not difficult?
You’re probably tired from taking care of the kids and working your job all day long. That makes it really hard to find the motivation to exercise, plus you have already used up a lot of energy. In the morning you are fresh, full of energy, and ready to get into your workout routine.
This goes hand in hand with the fact that if you work out later on in the day, you think about it all day, and for many people, those thoughts are not so good. Working out in the morning means getting it out of the way so you don’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day.
🌾You Will Be Happier During The Day:
It is a scientifically proven fact that working out makes you happier, helps you deal with depression, anxiety, and other mood problems too. As you may know, exercising causes your body to release endorphins like serotonin and other things such as endocannabinoids, all of which go a long way in making you feel good.
Logically speaking it makes much more sense to have those happiness endorphins released into your brain in the morning. Sure, working out at night will still cause your brain to release those same endorphins and brain chemicals, but they kind of go to waste if you are just going to go to sleep soon after. Working out in the morning releases those brain chemicals first thing in the day and will leave you feeling happier all throughout the rest of the day.
The benefits of working out in the morning are numerous and you should definitely take advantage of them!
Throwback Thursday's are never easy to push "POST" on and honestly sometimes I wonder if I am sharing too much and then I think about the person who is in the same position that I WAS in -- if I could just reach HER. Then,-- It will have been all worth it!
I WAS A REAL HIDER. I hid behind my circumstance , BLAMED my past for my inability to succeed, and was seriously mentally abusive to myself. AND YOU CAN SEE IT SHOWING right on my fake smile, no confidence, depression, and high anxiety.
The picture on the right (no filter ) Is ME-- Last Month! I have never been more at proud of my life than I am now at 35 BUT it has very little to do with how my OUTSIDE CIRCUMSTANCES changed and very much to do with THE CHOICE I made INTERNALLY to change my LIFE.
IN FACT Exercise and this AMAZING Community SAVED my life ! I treat myself with honor and respect and it does show in my energy, Life, Work and Family! NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE CHANGE YOU can create in YOUR LIFE or SOMEONE ELSE'S AND how much that can SAVE YOU.
Every transformation doesn't have to be about weight loss -- mine was INTERNAL and I am seeing some REAL and TRUE outward benefits as well . My mom even said "I LOVE the new you because in your confidence is glowing and I see someone who is healthy and loves herself -- the other picture is my child who was afraid to live" 🙋DANG. That says it all.

One of my favorite quotes for life is, “choose your hard”. This is an amazing quote because anything of real value takes some sort of hard work or sacrifice. We place very little value on the things that come easy.
Guess what is also hard? Working out is HARD. Removing sugar from your diet is hard. Being stronger than your excuses is HARD! The only thing that is not hard is sitting on the couch. So if most things in life are hard, why not choose a “hard” that makes you a better person? Why not choose a “hard” that provides value to not only yourself but the others around you?
When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle there are more advantages than I care to list, but what advantages are there to being overweight,out of shape, and constantly medicated. That what is amazing, there are certain things in life that are extremely hard but give us zero benefit. What’s crazier than that, despite all the knowledge, many people still prefer choosing the hard of living an unhealthy lifestyle over the hard of living a healthy lifestyle?!?!
So if you don't know me and my story 💕 hi, my name is Kim. My story goes back 2.5 years ago. I lost myself. I stopped believing in myself. Over the years verbal abuse from an ex-boyfriend and anxiety consumed me. But I'm happy to be here today; Surviving and Believing in myself are worth fighting for everyday. It took me a lot to build up to believing in myself again. The reason, to handling all of this is this supportive tribe of women who consistently remind me to believe in myself everyday.

I definitely was on the Struggle bus this morning!🙈 My workout was tough. Cardio is my least favorite workout. I had a hard time getting through it but, instead of quitting I pushed through my excuses in my mind. I had to modify alot of the moves because I was out of breathe but I listen to my body.
I definitely was out of breath but, I did it and now I feel great that I finished my workout. 😁

👉Self-care is something I am a firm believer in and that this workout program I’ve been doing is all about it too!! It’s made me realized I don’t get enough sleep. 👉Today I’m doing a foam roller rest day video to get my muscles feeling good for Monday!! This new foam roller I bought from five below, may just be up there with favorite equipment. #foamroller
Just say OUCH that foam roller released some tight muscles and now my muscles feel so much better.
